Creative Leadership and Brand Development: I overhauled QueryClick’s brand identity and processes. Working on everything from simple internal documents and folder structures through to complete web, visual and logo redesigns, my work touched every aspect of the business.
Strategic Direction: I was able to build out the process for fulfilling design and creative work as well as spearhead the rollout of that service to existing and new clients.
Stakeholder Engagement: I worked closely with the CEO and head of development teams to balance requirements, expectations and abilities.
Learning & Development: As well as design and creative services I expanded my development knowledge into writing code and templates with Django as well as my existing front-end development knowledge.
Repeat Business: 3 years after leaving QueryClick I was brought back on for a contract to refresh the website, some branding and put together new visuals for a suite of tools they were developing.
Alex is a great example of creative talent blended with good technical skills. He has a genuine interest in design and cares about ensuring the standard of work meets client expectations. It was a pleasure working with him.
Profile boost: In my time at QueryClick we grew confidently from a small team of less than 10 to a 30 strong team in a prime location, driven by a strong identity and customer facing brand identity.
Development and delivery of creative services: Having only offered search optimisation, conversion optimisation and paid search prior to my joining, I was able to roll out creative and marketing services as part of QueryClick’s offering. This meant business operations expansion and a shift towards more powerful marketing work.
Alex came on board at QueryClick and transformed our company brand. He has an excellent process and vision and is a great chap to boot.
I have no hesitation in recommending Alex as a designer, he’s a first class professional.
